Thomas Harley (Dallas Stars, D) is a rising two-way defenseman. He was born on August 19, 2001, in Syracuse, New York. After signing a $4M AAV deal in 2024, he led Stars blueliners in goals (15) and OT winners (3) in 2023-24, then topped their defense with 50 points in 2024-25. His OT PPG clinched the 2025 Second Round, sending Dallas to their third straight Conference Final. The 2019 first-rounder (18th overall) made history as one of three NHL D-men to score PP, SH, and OT goals in one season (2023-24). Known for clutch plays and smooth skating, he’s become key player to Dallas’ success.
